No-Show/Missed Appointment Fee

Due to limited availability for appointments, we have implemented a No-Show/Missed Appointment Fee for all GYN services, new patient appointments, first obstetrical appointments, and all ultrasounds.

A $35 fee will be applied to your account and will need to be paid in full prior to rescheduling an appointment for any aforementioned no-show appointment or one that is rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.

Flu Season Alert

Please reschedule your appointment if you have any of the following flu-like symptoms

  • Fever
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Rash
  • Trouble Breathing
  • Body Aches
  • Severe Headache

If you are currently taking medication for flu prevention or treatment please reschedule your appointment for a date after your symptoms and/or treatment resolve.

Please notify our office prior to your appointment if you or someone you have been in close contact with has traveled outside the country in the past 21 days.

Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Our phone hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm and on Fridays from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm.

Our lab hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

After Hours
If you have an after hours emergency, please call (913) 599-9421.

Please deactivate any call blocking features you may have on your phone so that our doctors may return your call promptly.

Patient Portal
You may access the Patient Portal anytime. Questions left on the Portal when the office is closed will not be returned until the next business day.

Prescription Refills
Please note routine medications will not be handled before or after hours, on weekends or during holidays.  With the exception of our OB patients and post-op patients, a $35 charge will be applied to your account for any prescription called into a pharmacy after hours, on weekends or during holidays.

Narcotic Refills
Please note that we are no longer allowed to call in narcotic prescriptions. These prescriptions must be picked up at our office by the patient or by a designated adult with a photo ID. If the patient is not the one picking up the prescription you must let the office know who is going to pick it up.

All controlled substance and narcotic medication requests need to be made during the business hours of 9:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00 am - 3:30 pm on Friday.
